DELIVERY & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING​ 

UK DELIVERY POLICY

  • We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. 

  • We will aim to deliver the goods within 3-5 days excluding Sundays and bank holidays, however please note delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).​​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • When ordering goods from Lala Salama for delivery outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your country. You will be liable for any customs clearance charges as we have no control over these.

  • Please ensure you carefully check the customs policies for your country with your local customs office.  ​

  • If the country you would like the goods to be delivered to is not currently listed, please contact us and we will endeavour to make it possible.We are a small business and pride ourselves on a personal service, so we will do our best to make alternative shipping arrangements for you.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY  

At Lala Salama we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

​CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

  • Please refer to our return policy if you wish to change an order after it has been processed. 

RETURNS Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

SALE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange your item, please notify us at jyotsna@lalasalama.co.uk and will do our best to accommodate your request. 

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7 Parkwood Avenue, Esher, Surrey KT10 8DE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lala Salama is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
